This utility uses the in-game console (F5) to dump a list of pins to a text file, which can be edited or shared, and imported again to use.
The utility has a console command to export all custom pins from the map.
You can also import pins from a text file.
You can choose from the four custom pin types (0 to 13), because that's the only way to tell they were created by a player rather than the game.
